Plastic spray guardrail board

Working principle of spray plastic guardrail
- Spray plastic guardrail is the main form of semi-rigid guardrail. It is a continuous structure with corrugated steel guardrail plates splicing each other and supported by columns.
- It uses the deformation of soil foundation, post and beam to absorb collision energy, and forces out of control vehicles to change direction and return to normal driving direction, so as to prevent vehicles from rushing out of the road, so as to protect vehicles and passengers and reduce the loss caused by accidents.
- The spray plastic guardrail has good hardness, can coordinate with road alignment, beautiful appearance, can be used on small radius bend, and the damaged part is easy to replace.
Performance test of plastic sprayed guardrail
Impact test: no spalling and cracking.
Brine spray test: no foaming, peeling, rusting and so on.
Adhesion test: after the scratch test, the coating has no peeling off. Chemical resistance: no blasting, softening, loss of adhesion and other phenomena. High and low temperature test: no wrinkle, expansion, shedding and other phenomena. Accelerated weathering test: no large discoloration, crack, damage and other phenomena.
